A Dallas native, George Johnson was admitted to the Texas bar in 1977, after earning his Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law. Since 1989 he has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. He is also a nationally certified mediator.

Prior to opening his own practice in 1999, George Johnson was a partner in a Dallas personal injury law firm for 18 years. He began his legal career in 1977 as an associate attorney with a Dallas civil law firm.

Personal Injury Results

Client sustained severe back injuries from a collision with an
18-wheeler. After extensive treatment and a dispute over prior back problems for my client, the case was successfully settled with the defendant trucking company and driver. Terms of the settlement are confidential.

Client was viciously attacked and bitten by two dogs while walking past a residence. Client injured his shoulder and had serious puncture wounds on his leg. We were able to secure a settlement for the policy limits of the homeowner after extensive pre-suit investigation on this particular property owner. 

Client was severely injured as a result of negligence on the staff and owners of a child care center. After discovery began and deposition testimony was given, the case was successfully settled for the policy limits of the defendants.

Client was injured in a collision in Dallas County with an 18-wheeler and had extensive back and leg problems. The case was settled at mediation after we took the deposition of the driver of the 18 wheeler. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
